TELL THE DJ TO PLAY MY SONG
are you ready to rock and roll?
are you ready to rock and roll?
Hello, all! I‘m Emily if you didn‘t know. I‘m eighteen and I live in the dull, boring state of Ohio, at least for now. I‘m a band kid; I play both trumpet and clarinet. Trumpet I started my sophomore year of high school, clarinet I started when I was in fourth grade. This coming school year, I am sticking to brass, though, and my woodwind‘s staying at home. Like many kids my age, I absolutely love hanging out with my friends. Our most common hang outs include Applebees, the mall and random friend‘s houses. I‘m a little crazy and if you catch me on late at night, I‘m the one babbling nonsense since I get slap happy when I‘m super tired. I absolutely love photography and I own a Sony A300. It‘s one of my favorite electronical things I have. Music is a huge part of my life; I listen to nearly everything except rap. It's really the only kind of music I don't like. I‘m a pretty easy person to get to know, but if you want to know anything else, don‘t be afraid to ask.
Like a couple other of these crazy kids on this website, I too have my own horse.
M A D D Y is my beloved, crazy registered quarter horse mare. (Remember how I said I loved photography? I took all of those pictures) She was born on February 22, 2000, so she‘s currently nine years old. I’ve had her for four of those years - we bought her May 5, 2005. 05/05/05, haha. Her daddy‘s a pretty well known quarter horse in my area, which I didn‘t know until after we had bought her. Google him if you‘d like. KCee‘s Deadly Zipper. Her registered name is currently Hasty Zipper (her mom‘s registered as Hasty Investment) but since she had never been AQHA shown or bred, I‘m planning on changing that to something along the lines of Deadly Investment because she‘s one of the few Deadly babies without Deadly in her name. No, we do not show. We use to and we kicked butt, but I personally thing it gets boring after a while and seeing the other kids getting mad and taking it out on their horses when they didn‘t win irritated me to know end. She thinks she‘s a very large puppy dog, when she wants attention, she sticks her tongue out of the left side of her mouth and grinds her teeth. One of her half brothers does the same thing, out of the right side of his mouth. Deadly didn‘t do it and they had different moms and rumor has it, another Deadly baby‘s been spotted doing that, too. Yeah, I could go on about her forever.
This coming school year, I will be leaving Ohio and heading down to southern Kentucky for college. I‘m attending the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Don‘t be surprised if you‘ve never heard of the town, it‘s teeny. It‘s actually closer to Knoxville than it is to any large Kentucky city. The Tennessee border is about five, ten minutes down the road from this town. Basically, if you pass it while you‘re on the freeway, (which you‘re quite likely to do) you‘ll be in Tennessee. The picture above is their brand new ten-or-so million dollar science building where I will be spending a lot of my time. I am a biology major and after I‘m done with my four years there, I‘m going on to a bigger school to become a vet. For large animals, of course.
